E-21 System Group is a knowledge group focused on business results, which since 1997 is proposing a new philosophy to manage businesses.

This new philosophy is centered on two main axes: Coherence and Sustainable Viability.

Coherence is achieved by giving a unique way to work to the whole organization, avoiding different criteria and creating an integrated flow of processes entirely focused on customers.

Sustainable Viability is achieved by managing a coefficient (Sustainable Viability Coefficient) with the help of a new reference in software application.

The main purposes of E-21 System Group are to give to organizations the capability to:

  • Institutionalize the way to generate both profits and a balanced growth.
[How: applying the E-21 System of business management, and the E-21i System. A continuous process of research and improvement in the business management field, and a profound commitment with all implementation programs allowed us to formulate the Sustainable Viability Coefficient, which constitutes a very powerful theory to organize and quantify the level of an organization’s sustainable viability]

  • Make an effective change of the whole organization towards sustainable viability, considering this as the next step beyond excellence
[How: besides the deployment of E-21 System and E-21i System, a wide experience in process of change acquired in several countries, and in several industries, allows us to guarantee the success, with the utilization of our own model of change implementation: the Sustainability Reaction]

  • Overcome very difficult moments without losing the opportunity of building an outstanding organization model
[How: the experience in this field is what made E-21 System a very robust model of business management, always focused on ‘the power of simplicity’]

Summarizing, the business of E-21 System Group is to help organizations to become a point of reference.
